Faults

Fault reports that don't get lost.

Portal reports are logged immediately. Add calls and messages yourself, assign a tradesperson and follow the status until the issue is resolved.

Every channel, one stream

Portal reports appear in the list automatically. Record calls and messages there too, so each issue has a status and history.

A tradesperson from your contacts

Assign the plumber or electrician in one click. With attachments and read states you see who has already looked.

Escalation when nothing moves

Follow-up notifications flag stalled work. AI can help you draft a reply to the tenant.

Common questions

How does the tenant report a fault?

However it suits them: in the portal, by message or by phone. Portal reports land in one stream. With photos, statuses and history.

Can I assign a fault to my own tradesperson?

Yes. Tradespeople live in the contact book and you assign in one click. Read states show you who has already seen it.

What happens when a fault stalls?

Follow-up notifications draw attention to stalled work. Review the issue, contact the assigned person and update its status.

Does a tradesperson need an account?

No. They get a link to the job and, from their phone, send photos, a short video and a note. It all lands in the fault's own chat and marks it resolved.

Can I see every job on a board or a calendar?

Yes. Jobs sit on a board by status, and planned visits on a day and week calendar. Drag a card to move it; Undo puts it back.

Who answers a fault reported at night?

An AI assistant can answer first, with the checks a tenant can safely make: the stopcock, the breaker, the thermostat. It says it is software and never promises a visit; gas, smoke or water near electrics go straight to a person. The tenant can call a person in at any time, and you get an email.

What if the tenant writes in another language?

The report and the conversation about it are translated both ways by AI: you read and answer in your language, the tenant in theirs, and the original stays visible.

The next fault goes into a stream, not a forgotten SMS.
