Chasing readings, working out utilities, checking who paid, answering the same tenant questions: most landlords lose evenings to it every month. AxiRent was built new in 2026 to take that work away, and it doubles as short-term rental management software for the flats you rent out by the night.
No more chasing meter readings
Tenants send readings from their phone, with no app to install, or simply photograph the meter and AI reads the number. A reading far above the usual use is flagged before it reaches an invoice, missing ones get a reminder, and connected Shelly meters report on their own.
Invoices and reminders without the evening shift
Usage, your tariffs, standing charges and VAT become the invoice, with your numbering and a PDF, on the day you choose. Reminders written like a person follow up on unpaid invoices and stop the moment one is paid.
Deposit disputes settled by the record
The handover report collects dated photos from your phone by QR code, the meter readings and both signatures. When the tenancy ends, the deposit is settled line by line against it, with a PDF for the tenant.
An assistant that does the work
Ask who owes what and see the invoices behind the answer. Tenants send readings and report faults in the chat at any hour, and messages are translated both ways, so a foreign tenant is answered in their own language. When it needs a person, the conversation comes to you.
Built by a landlord for himself. Then for everyone
AxiRent grew out of managing rental properties: meter photos in messages, spreadsheets to reconcile and evenings spent checking who had paid. Those tasks shaped the readings, invoicing and tenant tools you see today.
