Questions about pricing
Do I need a card to sign up?
No. The Free plan needs no card, and it does not expire.
What is in the Free plan?
One property, with AI import, photo meter readings and the assistant; Smart-ID and Mobile-ID signing, accounting connections and the website API are on Business. The limits for files, emails and AI credits are on the plan's card above.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, you can change plans at any time in your account. A cancelled subscription runs until the end of the period already paid.
What if I have more than 30 properties?
Choose the Business plan: you buy as many properties as you need, and invoices go straight to your accounting. It is built as software for rental agencies too, with owner payouts and team permissions.
