How is the commission worked out?
You set the agency's commission rate, and a separate one for short-term rentals if you wish. The commission and the property's costs come off in each month's payout statement.

Through a private link with no login, the owner sees their properties' rent, costs, your commission, the payouts and every month's statement.
Can a team work in it?
Yes. On the Business plan, an Administrator, an Accountant and Staff see only their own sections, and every permission can be changed.
Does it work for short-term rentals?
Yes. Guest invoices count towards the owner's statement, and short-term rentals can carry their own commission. The calendar, channels and cleaning plan come from the same short-term rental management software.
