How do photos get into the handover report?
Scan the report’s QR code to open the session on your phone. Take photos and they are added directly to the report.
Does it work for move-out too?
Yes. Move-in and move-out are the same flow: you record condition, meters and notes in both directions.
Where is the report stored?
With the property and tenant, alongside the tenancy and invoices. You can return to its dates, photos and signatures later.
Can I share the condition photos with the tenant or owner?
Yes. One link opens the report's condition photos, and you can copy the same link again whenever you need it.
Can I add a video, not only photos?
Yes. Record a short clip on your phone or upload one; what you say in a short clip is written out automatically, and every photo or video can carry its own damage note. You choose which ones go into the report you share.
Can the tenant and I sign the handover report?
Yes. Attach the report to the lease's documents as a PDF and both sides sign it with Smart-ID, Mobile-ID or an ID card; the signed copy stays with the lease. More: tenancy e-signing.
