Smart-ID and Mobile-ID
On the Business plan both parties sign through Dokobit with Smart-ID or Mobile-ID, and the signed PDF comes back to the tenancy by itself.
A signature with a trail
Who signed, when, and against exactly which text. The signature binds to that version, so it cannot be quietly changed later.

Tenancies from your templates, automatic activation, expiry warnings, and a yearly rent rise by a fixed % or the consumer price index, proposed 30 days ahead for you to approve.
Common questions
Is the electronic signature valid?
Signing through Dokobit with Smart-ID or Mobile-ID (Business plan) gives a qualified electronic signature, which EU law treats like a handwritten one. The browser signature, on every plan, records who signed, when and which text.
Does the tenant need an account to sign?
No. They sign in the browser through a link, or with Smart-ID or Mobile-ID; you sign in the system. No printer at any point.
Can the rent rise with inflation?
Yes, once a year: by a fixed % or by Lithuania’s consumer price index (VKI) from the State Data Agency. 30 days before the anniversary the new rent waits for your approval, and the tenant gets a letter with the amount and the date.
Can I use my own lease template?
Yes. Tenancies are made from your own templates, and the signed PDF stays with the tenancy.
Can a lease renew by itself?
Yes, if you switch on automatic renewal: on its last day the lease moves its end by the period you chose, and the extension is written down as automatic. You can also extend it by hand, with a new rent from the day after the old end.
What happens when both have signed?
The signed PDF is stored with the lease's documents, and the lease is marked signed by both, with the names of those who signed.
