AxiRent is property management software for long and short-term rentals, made in Lithuania. It began with one landlord: every new property brought more tenant messages, the same calls again and again, and longer evenings in spreadsheets. The tool built to end that has since been rebuilt for landlords, managers and agencies everywhere.
Who makes the system, where your data is kept and how to reach a person.
AxiRent grew out of managing rental properties: meter photos in messages, spreadsheets to reconcile and evenings spent checking who had paid. Those tasks shaped the readings, invoicing and tenant tools you see today.
The database is kept in the European Union, in Frankfurt. Each person sees only what their role allows, and sign-in can be protected with a code on your phone.
The whole system, for you and for your tenants, works in Lithuanian and English, and messages with tenants and guests are translated both ways.
