Most rental software is written for the US or the UK. Renting in Lithuania needs other things: meter readings and utility invoices with VAT, Smart‑ID signing, guest registration (E. turistas) and Lithuanian accounting. Here are eight to check, and how AxiRent does each.

Tenants send water, electricity and gas readings by link or photo, and AI reads the number. Invoices are calculated from the readings and your tariffs, with VAT and a PDF, on the day of the month you choose. See meter readings.
Leases are signed in the browser, and on the Business plan with Smart‑ID or Mobile‑ID through Dokobit. Renewal, the yearly rent review and the deposit live in the same record. See tenancy e-signing.
For short stays, guests fill in the registration card from a link, and the cards produce the file for E. turistas, Lithuania's official guest register. The nights the tourist tax needs are counted from the bookings. See short-term rentals.
Tenants pay through Paysera, Montonio or Stripe, and payments, part payments included, are matched from your bank statement (CAMT.053).
On the Business plan, invoices go straight to your accounting software, so nobody types them in twice.
The whole system is in Lithuanian and English, and messages with tenants and guests are translated both ways.
